Code3CME.com collects information about you to report for your Continued Medical Education credits to the state you are licensed in. By submitting information and taking classes from Code3CME.com, you are allowing us to send such information to your state accreditation entity. Information sent to your state accreditation entity may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, phone number, classes taken, scores in such classes, your licensing number, and other information as required by your state accreditation entity to ensure that you receive credit for your classes taken.

Data Code3CME.com Stores

All information posted to this site, including account and purchase information, is stored in Code3CME.com's database, even after "deletion," and may be archived elsewhere.

Code3CME.com's web logs and other records are stored indefinitely. This may include any information you supply to Code3CME.com and your browsing history. However, Code3CME.com cannot guarantee access to these records by third parties for more than seven business days after the original information was submitted, except for information about classes purchased and class status which will be kept as required by law. Information about classes available to be used will be available for two years from the date of purchase.

Although Code3CME.com makes good faith efforts to store personal information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, Code3CME.com cannot guarantee complete security. While we also use security to secure the site, any information posted on your public Code3CME.com profile and any discussion boards, including class boards, are made available to the public and/or individuals in your class.

Code3CME.com may store information in an off-site location, which may or may not be located in the United States and may not be bound by the laws of the United States.

Archiving and Display of Code3CME.com by Search Engines and Other Sites

Search engines and other sites not affiliated with Code3CME.com - including Google.com, Bing.com, and Yahoo.com - archive or otherwise make available Code3CME.com's webpages. Code3CME.com has no control over third-party archiving and search engine sites and cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information stored by search engine sites.

Circumstances in which Code3CME.com may release information

Code3CME.com may disclose information about its users if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process.

This may include disclosure to email marketing providers to provide targeted marketing for our users or other information to third party marketers. If you do not wish to receive email marketing from Code3CME.com, you will have the option to unsubscribe from the service.

Code3CME.com may disclose your information to your state accreditation board. If you do not wish Code3CME.com to disclose information to your state accreditation board, you may notify Code3CME.com in writing of such. Upon receipt of such notification, Code3CME.com will not release any information to your state accreditation board except that required by law. However, if you request that Code3CME.com does not release information, you agree and acknowledge that you may not get credits that you have earned through Code3CME.com.

Code3CME.com may disclose your information to other business entities, should Code3CME.com plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity.

Credit Card Information

All purchases made through the Code3 website are handled by PayPal Payment Pro Services. Please see Paypal’s Privacy Policy regarding payments made through its website. Code3 does not store or gather credit card information through the Code3 website.

All payments made for Services are subject to our Terms of Use; refunds for CME Courses are not given.

International Users

Code3CME.com welcomes international users to browse the site. International Website Users consent to all the terms of service and this privacy agreement. International users waive any and all remedies that they may have based on the laws of their country.
